I was born and raised in Flint Michigan and spent most of my early life there before a brief stint in the United States Air Force. After six years in Texas I moved back home to be with family and familiar surroundings.
I self-published the first book I ever wrote at 20…and have recently unpublished it. I only ever wrote the first draft and ‘touched up’ as I typed it. It was not great. Editing is a skill that I am still learning and slowly stretching through the growing pains. My writing was much better in the second book I ever worked on, “Knowledge is Power.” For ten years I struggled to find the story to tell in that world. I have since finally found the proper story there and have plans to journey back into that world. Until then, the podcast features my latest attempt at that story and is the best (publicly available) display of my writing.
A breakthrough in October of 2023 has started a new leg of my writing journey. Since then I have been writing an average of five days a week and have come to take my writing very seriously. I am on the fourth draft of “The Last Dragon” and cannot wait to share it, as well as the other projects I have started, as soon as possible.
